Dance Biography 

Dance started at an early age for me with training in Hawaiian and Tap dance. From there, my Lebanese, Irish and Newfoundland heritage, love of movement, music and the freedom experienced by both,joyfully influenced my passion for dance.

Though Belly Dance and Tribal Belly Dance is my main principal genre, I have also African, Latin,Caribbean, Flamenco, Bollywood (Indian), Persian and Ballroom dance background. With this type of experience in dance, I have fused an amazingly popular dance class at my Bloomer’s Yoga & Fitness Studio called “Global Dance”

It is my life long goal and passion to instill the importance of healthy active living to all my students and friends. I am truly dedicated to exploring the transforming and healing path of yoga,nutrition,a balanced lifestyle,fitness and dance.
